Permits
Omaha’s code (§ 49-300) says no plumbing job may start until a license holder has a permit from Permits and Inspections, and the city says residential plumbing needs its own permit apart from the building permit. An unlicensed owner may do only minor repairs without one, such as replacing a faucet or toilet without moving it or clearing a stoppage (§ 49-301). Emergency repairs can start first, but the permit application is due by the end of the next business day (§ 49-302).

We replaced 35 feet of the drain line to restore proper function and ensure efficient water flow, addressing the issue effectively and preventing future complications.
Issues with the toilet required us to pull it out and replace the wax ring to ensure a proper seal. We also removed the old kitchen faucet and installed a new one.
The kitchen sink was experiencing a backup into the basement's floor drain, causing a significant inconvenience. We inspected the issue and cabled the branch floor drain in the basement, effectively restoring proper drainage. Now, all water flows smoothly, resolving the problem for the homeowner.

I believe his name was Jon came and figured out the issue, submitted it to warranty. And everything got fixed and taken care very quickly and efficiently. Also very nice and thorough on explaining everything and the lady that works on scheduling everything was also very nice! Honestly best plumbers I’ve had business with so far, and I’ve dealt with my fair share since buying my house!
Nathanael was fantastic! He was prompt, courteous, a strategic problem solver, and able to resolve our issue just in time for company coming! Thanks again!
