We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced. Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency. Highly recommend this company!
