The family and the crew behind the van

Andy Raymond started A Raymond Plumbing in 2008. 18 years later it's still family-run, with his son Max running the day-to-day, working out of the shop at 2740 9th Ave in Council Bluffs and covering the whole Omaha metro.

How we work

Answer the phone. Show up. Explain it. Clean up.

That's the job as our customers describe it. Read our reviews and the same things keep coming up: someone picked up, a plumber came out fast, they explained what was wrong and what the options were, and they left the place clean.

We're a local, family-owned company, not a national call center. We work in homes and businesses in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista and the towns around them, and we take emergency calls around the clock.

Pricing for common jobs is on each service page. On bigger jobs, like a water heater replacement or a sewer line, you get the price before we start. Commercial, utility and new-construction work is bid job by job.

A lot of our calls come through home-warranty plans such as HomeServe. When that's how a job comes in, we work with your plan.
