A challenge arose when we needed to reroute a buried cold water line that served both the half bathroom and laundry room. To address this issue, we expertly rerouted 60 inches of piping, ensuring the water supply was redirected without the need for drywall work. This solution minimizes disruption while restoring proper functionality to both spaces.
Water was spraying uncontrollably due to a broken hose bib caused by freezing temperatures. We assessed the situation and discovered that the hose bib, installed on January 13, 2026, had been left on, leading to its failure. Although the customer was unable to afford a replacement, we provided the necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality and prevent further issues.

Thomas from Raymond Plumbing delivered outstanding service during my sewer plumbing issue. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining what he found, why it mattered, and what my options were. His ability to break down something as stressful as a sewer problem into clear, understandable information made a huge difference. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He didn’t rush, he made sure everything was done correctly, and he treated my home with respect. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care for the customer, but Thomas absolutely does. I’m truly grateful not only for Thomas’s exceptional work but also for the entire Raymond Plumbing team. Their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality have earned my full trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing sewer or plumbing services.
Had a great experience with this company. I have Homeserve. They assigned A. Raymond Plumbing. Derek cane out Christmas night to snake my main drain. We thought it was fixed, but unfortunately had to come back out today to resnake, run a camera, and ultimately hydrojet the line. Derek and his partner spent half the day here working my line. Cleaned up the entire mess before they left. Hopefully the problem is solved!!!
